Cannot active customization – paid for it- support is silent

I customized my theme saved it entered credit card information. it’s not showing up. It said it was publishing. Says it’s saved in draft. Cleared cache – reloaded page. Can I delete it and redo? I’m so frustrated since I’ve paid and now am just stuck. No word from support. Is there another way to get help?
