Cannot add a domain [Message "Purchases are currently disabled"].

    Hello,

    I’m trying to buy a Personal Plan to host a website but I receive the following message:
    “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to reactivate purchases”.

    How do I activate payments and transfer my domain?

  • Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
