I’m trying to buy a Personal Plan to host a website but I receive the following message:
“Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to reactivate purchases”.How do I activate payments and transfer my domain?

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
You can also send an email directly to
billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) comif you prefer that.
