Cannot add a new site via WP.com

Hi there,
Since 2015 I have a blog website on WP. I have my jewellery shop there as well, but for my SEO, I want to separate the two.
So I tried to add/create this new website by ‘Add new site’ via my WordPress.com account, but it was so complicated to get my own domain via my hosting and not via WP. WP gave me subscription offers only.
So finaly, I created my own domain on WP via my hosting provider (installing WP on my new domain there) and not via WP. So far so good and the new WP site was created and I got access via my provider. My first WP website is also registered there.
So, I worked on my second site for a couple of hours. I deleted my non-finished (e.g. non-added-account, to my existing account) wp account on wordpress.com, thinking it was solved and ok this way.
However, now I want to install Jetpack to get everything secure on my second website, but now my wordpress.com data is asked. Which ofcourse I dont have. I cannot do anything, because my e-mail address is now blocked from creating a new WP.com account for 30 days!
Can you please fix this for me and get it all up and running for me?

Hi! Just to check, did you want to connect the Jetpack plugin on your new site to this WordPress.com account? Or were you intending to manage that connection from a second WordPress.com acount?
If it’s the first option, you can go ahead and connect your new site’s Jetpack plugin to this WordPress.com account; you can then access information and some management for it using the Switch Sites button.
Either you can start connecting your new site through the Jetpack plugin on the site itself, or you can use the My Sites page where the arrow beside the ‘Add new site’ button lets you select a new Jetpack connection for a WordPress site at your host:

https://wordpress.com/support/admin-bar/#switch-siteIf you wanted to connect your new site on a separate WordPress.com account associated with your other email address but you had closed that account, then normally if it’s within 30 days of you closing the account you can ask for it to be restored. We can’t restore it from this forum thread; but if you reply to the account closure email our system sent, you can ask for the account to be restored. After that you can connect your new site’s Jetpack plugin to that account.
It’s worth noting that when you create a new site here on WordPress.com, it is indeed creating the site on our servers – we have no way to create a new site on your current host, as the Jetpack connection does not offer this type of access!
