Hi there,
First, you can add a domain mapping via the Personal plan as well, which is significantly cheaper than Premium if you prefer. To do that, first go to My Site ->Plans and add the plan there, then you can add the domain afterwards.
To add the domain, you need to go to My site ->Domains ->Add and click the Map It option after you enter your domain. If you’re getting the error at that point, it means someone has already mapped the same domain to a WordPress.com site. I’m happy to check on that for you, but I’ll need to know the actual domain you are trying to add, please.

the domain is http://www.movibrains.com i bought it in Godaddy.com
Its impossible that someone else mapped that domain since I have bought it. Is there a way I can show you that the property of that domain is mine? -
The domain, movibrains.com, is not mapped to WordPress.com at all so you should be able to add it.
The message you’re seeing that it’s not available is saying you can’t REGISTER it. But if you click the Map It button at the bottom of the page it should work.
Please try that and let me know if you need more help with this.
