Cannot add images

  I cannot add images into our blog cpcherryblog. I’m using Firefox23 on a PC, I’ve emptied the cache and I’ve added the image into our media library but when in edit post I click on the add media button the URL comes up but nothing is happening and there’s no error message.

  Please help thanks.

  If you’re having difficulty, what happens when you try to follow the steps? During what part of the process are your experiencing the trouble?

  Hi

  I’m experiencing the trouble after I’ve placed the cursor – nothing is happening when I click on the add media button. No uploader is appearing to enable me to add images in the normal way.

  Hello again! I am in the midst of testing this trouble for you. In the meantime, could you please use another browser, such as Google Chrome, and let me know if the problem persists? It’d help me to understand if it’s a browser conflict with Firefox. Thank you very much.
