Cannot add images to blog

    When trying to embed an image via the “Add Media – Image” button, I used to get a new, small window where I upload and edit the image, then I click “Insert into Post” and my new image would instantly show up.

    Now, when I click on the “Add Media” button, it loads up a brand new page in my current window, and when I click “Insert into Post, it loads a blank page and nothing happens. There is no new window. My image is uploaded correctly, and if I copy/paste the HTML code from a previous post I can work my way around to get my image in, but it defeats the purpose of the button.

    I have this problem on all of my computers, PC and Apple, with IE7, FF and Safari.

    What’s going on?

    i’ve had this problem before. I just close down the webpage or browser tab and start over and it works ok. might have to copy & paste your text, but this seems to get rid of the bug.

    I am having this problem, too . I have been using WordPress for a while now, but have not posted for a couple of weeks, and can’t get any image on there. The little pop up window goes blank when I upload.
