cannot add images to gallery

    Hi there, I’ve had this issue now for a few weeks and it’s been painful since I can’t edit my store.

    When adding/editing a product, the link to ‘Add product gallery image’ won’t work, and it does not have the ‘pencil’ editing link as in the ‘Set product image’. That too doesn’t work. when I try to edit something it just spins without opening anything.

    We did try to remove plugins etc but nothing seems to re-instate the function of the add product to the gallery.
    The problem is, I cannot add any products to my store (nonetheless edit current ones) because I cannot add any images!!

    any help would be great, this is really affecting my ability to work on my store.

    I was able to resolve the issue, a plugin was causing the issue, I must have missed it when I first tested it. once I deactivated it, it ran as expected.

    Ah, glad you got it. It sounds like maybe you are using the free WordPress software with another host.

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
