Cannot add media, posts right hand side functions(tags, sticky, ect) not functio

Hello,
My blog is not functioning in certain areas.
I can not post photos/media, link websites, and none of the functions on the right hand side of the individual posts work (tags and few other buttons) . Please help repair the issues. Thank you, Fae.
