cannot "add media" to posts

    All of a sudden, I can not add media to my posts. I can add media to the library, but when writing a post, I cannot. There is no error message. Nothing happens at all when I click the “add media” button. I am using IE 11 and have tried Firefox as well. Neither works. I am not having any other issues with any other websites. Please help
