cannot add my own domain name

  hi, I don’t know why I can’t pay to add my own domain name. I try to do it with my VISA card (I always use, and it’s ok). But here they say that the transaction cannot be processed and ask to use a different card. The card is on my name (and domain name is registered on my name as well). Any ideas? Do they have any country restrictions maybe? But where I can find them?

  Hi there. It could be that PayPal is not accepting payments from your country. All transactions here are handled through PayPal. You’ll need to contact them directly to ask about that.

  If PayPal doesn’t accept payments from your country, you could try ordering a pre-paid card from a country they do support, or you could ask someone you know in a different country to buy the upgrade for you. See here for more details: https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  Thank you, Kokkieh. I thought they accept direct credit card payments.
