Cannot add new galleries with particular names

  I added a gallery called “Class 14”, which worked
  I then added “Class 14 again”, which did not add (but there was no error message).
  I tried “Class 14 X” – did not work
  I tried “Test” – which did add
  I tried “C14” – which did add and finally…
  I tried “Class 14 again” which did not add.

  Am I doing something wrong here?
