Cannot add pages to custom menu

  When I try to create a new menu, I don’t see the Pages drop down on left as shown in your training video. I am at Appearance > Menus. The sections I see on left that I can select from are: Projects, Format, Project Types, Project Tags. All those sections are empty.

  Hello there!

  I logged into your site, and visited Appearance → Menus. I was able to view your Pages and Links, etc. Here’s my view:

  

  If you are seeing something different, could please take a screenshot so I can better understand the issue? You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there’s something I should take a look at.
