Cannot add payment method for shipping

  While ordering shipping labels I got an error telling me that my card was declined. I Checked with American express and they told be that I had not declined payments.

  I then removed my Amex card info and then tried to enter it again. but no when I open up the window https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/add-credit-card an error comes up in the top right corner reading ‘Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.
