  I purchased http://www.lifeslimits.com domain yet when I try to add a website to wordpress, it states the domain is already connected to a wordpress site.

  That domain is registered by WordPress.com and is already running on the wordpress.com platform.

  Are you sure you are logged in to the account owning that dominand site?
