Ok, in the first box it asks for “URL”. Put in the who links to me web address.
The second box asks for a Title. Put in something like “Who Links To Me”.
The third asks for “Description”. Put in a description.
That should work for you. You can’t just paste the code that the website gives as it’s not the correct format for adding a link.

And make sure you put it into a category.
You’ve only been here a week so it’s really too soon for the search engines to pick up on your site. I would make the suggestion though that you make sure you’re putting your posts into categories. That way the Tag System picks up on your posts as well. Those pages get scanned a lot by the search spiders.
