Cannot Add to Menu (Version 5.7.2)

Ok sorry for the rambling, but I am at my wit’s end.

When adding to my menu on my homepage, nothing (I mean absolutely nothing) happens. I already have a few menu items that are there from a while ago, and decided to open a store and to add it to my menu. When I add a custom link (or if I just want to add a page that already exists) as a menu item, I see a loading circle animation next to the “Add to Menu” button and nothing happens.

I have cleared my cache, have updated my PHP, added health check plugins (everything looks great!), disabled plugins, check to see if everything is up to date, and have looked EVERYWHERE for a solution and NONE have worked!

I am in desperate need for help, any advice would be great.

I solved my own issue…Ended up switching to an old theme (one that WordPress recommended). After I switched to this old theme, I was able to update my menu no issues at all. I then was able to switch back to the theme that I was using and everything looks great now. It appears as this is a conflict with the theme I am currently using. For now, this issue is solved.
