Cannot Amend anything

  I am replying through the ‘Contact Us’ section on my wordpress homepage. I cannot seem to edit any of my website, or even access it. http://www.the-lost-connection.com. I have amended email details recently and not sure if this is why, but I need to access the site and can only view my profile. Thanks. Colin Pyle.

  Hi Colinpyle,

  Have you tried logging in with your username instead of your email address?

  If you’re able to log in but can only view your profile, it sounds like you are not logged in as the admin but rather a user.

  If logging in with the username does not work, I think a staff member is going to have to reset your user permissions for you …
