  I’m trying to use Blog Diary as the theme for my site. But it just always fail.

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Blog Diary is a third party theme developed by themepalace.

  To be able to activate Blog Diary theme (or any third party theme) on your WordPress.com site, your site must have Business plan or eCommerce plan.

  With the free plan, you can activate any free theme from the themes repository at https://wordpress.com/themes/free/.
