cannot back to my wordpress after change privacy setting

Dear Sir/Madam,
After I change the URL in settings->privacy , from http://www.zealasset.com/blog/ to http://www.zealasset.com. After that, I cannot visit my wordpress by typing “https://www.zealasset.com/blog/wp-login.php?loggedout=true” , and it always re-direct to my home page “https://www.zealasset.com” after login.
How can I go back to my wordpress?

Hi Renee,
Are you sure you were changing your privacy settings, and not your Settings > General >
- WordPress Address (URL)
- Site Address (URL)
?
If you did the latter, this would break your login URL.
To fix the latter, you’d need to use phpMyAdmin to edit your WordPress Address and Site Address back to http://www.zealasset.com/blog/
Do you have access to your GoDaddy hosting control panel?

Hi Renee,
Go to https://www.godaddy.com/ and choose Sign In, and then contact Go Daddy and ask them to adjust your WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL) to become http://www.zealasset.com/blog/

I add the entries of WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) to
wp-config.php and I can go to visit WordPress page after I login.I think that this two URL should be store in the WordPress database, do you know which table to store those information?
