Cannot Backup WordPress site

  Hi I paid for wordpress subscription, my employee left and I cannot set my staging site live nor I can backup my site with JetPack plugin. I cannot even install plugin to my staging site. Otherwise I rather install updraft. Would you be able to help? Thank you so much

  Thank you for replying, I tried, but for a strange reasons it keeps saying that I do not have a paid plan though I do have a paid plan. However I have paid a yearly subscription plan. I wonder if there is a way to write an email to wordpress?
