Cannot cancel domain due to internal error

  Hi WordPress.

  Please help. I have been trying repeatedly over the last day or so to cancel the domain I signed up for and I keep getting this error message – “You cannot cancel this domain because of an internal error. Support has been notified.”

  I need to cancel “kristenmade.com” and get a refund.

  Please help!!
