cannot cancel domain instructions are WRONG

  Is this a scam that you cannot follow the published directions to cancel a domain??

  I can see the domain I wish to cancel, the instructions say there should be a “gear” icon and there is only an edit.

  when I try to click “contact us” it takes me back to a forum only entry page… This is ridiculous.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
