Cannot cancel domain – unable to find any contact other than forum

  I have been trying to cancel my domain refresh (which was 17 days early) since the 2 day period in which you are eligible for a refund.

  Every time I try to cancel it, it says ‘Cannot cancel upgrade’, I managed to cancel the privacy one but not the whole thing – so I have been refunded £7.00 out of my £22.00. I am the only admin on the site so it can’t see it being down to my user rights.

  Please could someone assist in cancelling this as I still want to be refunded as it was within the 2 days that I wanted to cancel, it’s now the third day but I appreciate there has been no staff until today.

  **Update – it has now allowed me to cancel it but says it will be in use until it renews in 2017 – it is no longer giving me the option for a refund although I have been trying since it did. Is there any way to resolve the refund bit?
