Cannot cancel my domain

  Hello every time I try to cancel my domain a message pops up saying that I have to click the terms to say yes to them. When I do check the terms of agreement box and click cancel my domain it just keeps saying that I must check off the terms of agreement box even though I have already done so. I would like to cancel my domain please and thank you.

  What is the URL of the domain your wish to cancel?
  What is the URL of the underlying .wordpress.com blog?

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew

  To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, your ought to be able to log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column. If it’s more than 2 days past the purchase date, you will not receive a refund, but the domain can still be canceled by Staff. I tagged this thread for their assistance.   Hi kristy1ca,

  It looks like the domain ndnskwoo.com expired 22 days ago and is now in the redemption period.

  If you no longer wish to use this domain, you don’t need to do anything else. In time, if no one purchases the domain at auction, it will be released to the public, where either you or someone else is free to register it in the future.
