cannot cancel my domain and blog

    I have tried everything and am trying to completely delete this domain and have been unsuccessful. Before anyone asks, no, I do not want this domain name or my wordpress url any longer. I paid for the domain upgrade and therefore can’t just go to “delete blog” and go through that process. Domain Manager has not helped me and I see no option there to allow me to delete the domain altogether… only transfer it, lock/unlock, etc. I also use the Cancel button in my upgrades, but when I press on the link I get to my mail so I get this up: An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support! Someone, please help me get rid of this thing! Thanks.
