Cannot cancel OR renew expiring domain

    Hello,

    One of my domains is running out so I’ve wanted to cancel it but Staff never got back to me in the past week.
    If it expires tomorrow it will take down all my other domains down as well. I tried renewing it just now but something is stopping me from doing that (maybe because I wasn’t able to re-enable private registration, since I considered transferring it 2 weeks ago? )

    I really need help. Can I fix this without the help of staff, since they haven’t gotten back to me in the past week about any of my problems?
