Cannot Cancel Plan

    I want to cancel my annual plan and get a refund. But when I go to my purchases tab, there is no Cancel Plan option for me to do so. Is there a way I can solve this?

    Hi! You cancelled all upgrades for this account in September, and received a refund for everything but the domain, which was outside its refund period.

    I don’t see any other upgrades on this account. Is there any chance you have a second account with us?
