Cannot cancel previous auto purchase

  I was charged $12 auto renewal for a plug in on a site I no longer hold. Thus I cannot get in to cancel the renewal. I would like to get a refund for my $12.

  Please advise if I need to place a stop payment on the purchase if cannot delete from your end.
