cannot cancel private whois

  I’d like to transfer my domain to self-hosted, but need to first cancel private Whois. When I try to do so through Dashboard -> My Upgrades, I receive the following message:

  “There was a problem removing the Private Whois upgrade from your domain. Please try again or contact support if the issue continues.”

  Insights?
