cannot cancel subscription on woocommerce

  I keep getting this message when trying to access the subscriptions tab in my account on woocommerce:
  ‘In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address. If you have already confirmed your email address, please log out of WooCommerce.com and then login again. If you still need to confirm your email, we sent you an email to verify your email address when you signed up. You can try searching for an email from WordPress.com to find it. Note: Don’t forget to check your spam folder!’

  I have not gotten any emails to verify my account (and I checked my spam folder).

  The page has a ‘resend email verification’ button – which only takes me to login to my wordpress.com account and nothing to ‘verify’ – I don’t want to renew my woocommerce subscriptions, but I cannot access the tab to make changes. I need help with this immediately!

  I don’t need help with ceceharbor.com don’t know where that came from…I did not enter that.
