cannot cancel theme

  I’m trying to cancel the Zuki theme, but in My Upgrades, when I click on the button, “Cancel Premium Theme Zuki, I get a message: “User or token does not have access to specified site.” That is my site, so I don’t know what’s going on with this. Please help.

  You are using the Triton Lite Theme on that site/blog.

  I know what theme I’m using on this blog, thank you. I changed from Zuki to Triton Lite, but I still own the Zuki theme. I would like to cancel it and get a refund while I’m still within the time limit to do so. If you can’t help me, would you please direct me to someone who can.

  I’ve removed the Upgrade and refunded the associated charge. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
