Cannot cancel Woocommerce subscriptions

  Hi,

  We currently have active plugin subscriptions on the Woocommerce platform that we have been billed for, yet when I access the Woocommerce login area, it asks me to verify my e-mail address to access either support or subscriptions. Clicking the link to re-send the e-mail simply redirects to the WordPress login, without re-sending the e-mail.

  So while I can view the invoices, I can’t access either Woocommerce support or the subscription area as I cannot verify an e-mail when no verification e-mail is sent.

  Is there a solution for this?

  Hi there,

  Clicking the link to re-send the e-mail simply redirects to the WordPress login, without re-sending the e-mail.

  Have you tried looking in your SPAM folder already?
  Sometimes an email might not arrive to our inbox, for various reasons.

  Please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with their plugin.
