Cannot cancel wordpress domain, please help

  I do not have the cancel button to be able to cancel the domain I have purchased through WordPress. Also, a charge has just been taken and I’d like a refund. Can anyone help me please? Thanks.

  Hi,

  I’m happy to help you out with this.

  The domain booksentuk.com was purchased by a different user of the site. The user who made that purchase is the one who needs to cancel it, unless they transfer the domain to another user (administrator) on the site.

  If you would rather work through this together privately, I can send an email to the email address on your account.

  Just let me know and we’ll go from there.
