cannot change admin email

    I use wordpress.com. I couldn’t change admin email in setting. It required verification from the new email, but I didn’t receive a notification email even check the spam several time. Does any one know how to solve the problem? Thanks.

    Hi there and thanks for providing your site URL. It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    Have you tried getting in touch with support representatives from your hosting provider?
