cannot change admin email address
-
When I originally signed up with WordPress I used my main email account (gmail), until I realized others could see it when I commented. This wouldn’t be such a problem, but it is attached to my real name and I would rather keep some things private. Also I would rather not clog up that inbox. I created an email account with yahoo, and attempted to change the email address associated with my blog. I received this message:
Dear user,
You recently requested to have the administration email address on
your site changed.
If this is correct, please click on the following link to change it:I clicked on the link, and while it appears to have updated, I am still getting mail sent to my gmail account, although I did get one message sent to the new yahoo account regarding comment moderation.
I even commented on my own blog as a test and I still show up as having a gmail address.
Is there anyway to change this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. Write to [email protected] about this. I recommend that you send it from your Gmail address, but include a copy of the email you received at your Yahoo address to confirm the change.
In the meantime, you can comment on other people’s blogs as a “Guest” and enter whatever email address you wish.
