Cannot Change DNS A Record

Our host IP address has changed, but when I try to edit the DNS to the new IP and Save, it does not take. It says: ‘An error occured while trying to process your request. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble’. I need to change the IP. How can I do this?

I would be happy to help, but it appears that you contacted from an account that is not associated with the domain you’re wanting to update the DNS settings for. If you can contact us from that account, I can take a look for you or even see if I can update the A records for you if you provide the IP address.

It’s the same issue as the user above – you contacted us from an account that is not associated with the domain you’re wanting to update the DNS settings for.
