cannot change e-mail or get them to send me a link to confirm the change

  I just want to delete these blogs and start all over. I tried deleting, and I see my email as (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my address should be (email visible only to moderators and staff). Maybe these are the same to the computer, but I tried to change to a different address away from google. and I can’t get an email from wordpress, possibly because of google.com

  Check your email spam filter to make sure the email isn’t getting caught.

  I have the same problem: I typed _ instead of – in my address and later couldnt change it anymore. I created a new email address with _ and hoped I would get a confirmation email now, but it doesn’t work. No mails in the junk directory. Can anybody help, please?
