cannot change from encryped https:// to http://

I cannot open my blog http://texarty.wordpress.com, it redirects to https://texarty.wordpress.com. I have unchecked the “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages” but it still redirects.
I have deleted cookies, temporary and history files. I am using Windows 7, IE9 and my ISP is AT&T.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
