cannot change gravatar image

    Hello, I cannot change the gravatar image on either of my accounts – associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). On both accounts, when I click to upload a new picture, it tells me I need to reactivate my account. When I do so, nothing changes and the cycle continues. Please advise.
