Cannot Change Menu Bar Color. "Customize" Doesn't Work. Reverts Right Back.

  We’ve made an update and the Twenty Eleven and Blaskan menu background colors should be fixed now.

  Could you please check your blog and reply back here if you’re still seeing any problems? If you see an issue at first, make sure to refresh the page so you’re not looking at a cached copy.
