Cannot change my avatar picture (or add any)

  Hi, I keep getting an error message when I try to upload my avatar photo. I have tried logging out and then back in and it is still not working. I tried cropping my photo on my computer as well.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you tell me the exact text of the error message you’re seeing?

  I assume you’re trying to upload via https://wordpress.com/me/, correct?

  Can you check whether it works if you use https://en.gravatar.com/gravatars/new instead?

  Hi, when I use https://wordpress.com/me/ it give me a message that says “Hmm, your new profile photo was not saved. Please try uploading again.”

  When I go to Gravatar, I can sign in with my WordPress account, and I can upload an image but it does not transfer to WordPress.

  Oops, it finally worked via Gravatar. I think it took a few minutes to transfer. Thank you!

  Clear your browser’s cache and see if that helps resolve the issue. If it doesn’t, then I recommend trying a different browser.
