cannot change my credit card info

  Your directions about changing my credit card info do not match with your instructions. I have taken off the credit card that was canceled but I cannot figure out how to put the new one in. There is no edit payment method on my account. Please help.

  Hi there,

  Since you took off the other credit card and you have no upgrades set for auto renew under your account, you’ll be able to re-add the credit card as you purchase your next upgrade.

  We only retain credit card information if you set your upgrade up for auto renew. Otherwise, you’ll need to input your credit card each time you make a manual payment for an upgrade.

  I do have auto upgrades on Akismet. I was able to figure it out between the two platforms. Very clunky system; took me nearly an hour.

  Correct, Akismet and WordPress.com are two different platforms, so I understand how it could be confusing. However I am glad that you were able to sort it out!
