cannot change my DNS

    I am unable to route my wordpress domain to my new squarespace account. I receive the following message:

    An error occured while trying to process your request. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.

    When I try to add the A record in squarespace, it says another wordpress account is linked.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
