Cannot Change My Email

My current email is set as (email visible only to moderators and staff), this is obviously incorrect, I have tried multiple times to change this but I never receive the confirmation email on my actual email account. I have tried to do this many times and each time I do not get a confirmation email. It’s not in my spam emails it’s not anywhere.

Is this about lifebygiles.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
