cannot change password

  I can log in with my username and password, but it says, “Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.”

  I tried to reset my password and send a login link to my registered email from 2010, but I did not get an email. I know I am posting this question under my Wittem account, which is a different account than the one the site is registered to, but I can’t post with that username since I can’t log on or change my password. I’m in a loop here.

  I need to know if the email domain the site https://packetized.wordpress.com/ is registered to is still @carolina.rr.com
