cannot change password for admin

    Hello,

    We are unable to change the password for the admin account. We cannot login as admin.
    admin email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Did not work with newly genreated password either. thanks

    Could you let us know a bit more about the account you’re trying to access and update? I don’t see a current user account with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff). Are you trying to update the password on your steelehillvc account here at WordPress.com?
