Cannot change position of widgets which have moved and post text moved to left.

Archives and Categories widgets gone to centre on the bottom of posts – were on right hand side (still show they are on right on Widget page though). I have cleared the div from text of first 10 posts to no avail http://www.poetrycottage.wordpress.com. Also text of posts has moved slightly into border on left of each page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m seeing them on the right side. And you don’t have any HTML errors in your posts. If you had and you removed them, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
Also text of posts has moved slightly into border on left of each page.
Wu Wei doesn’t have any border. You mean the border of your bg image. You shouldn’t use such a bg on this theme: drag the browser window to make it narrower and see what happens. If you insist on using it, you should at least set its position to center, not left.

Thank you so much justpi. Followed your suggestion and set border to centre and it has corrected. Timethief, I’m still seeing the widgets in middle although justpi says they are on right. I had already checked your suggested link out and changed one of my pages (I have 5) as per instruction B as believed the problem to be recent only. This didn’t alter the layout of widgets my end. I really appreciate your very prompt replies.

The article timethief linked to was written by me. As I said, you don’t have any HTML errors. (The theme has a couple of them, but they shouldn’t be the reason for the problem.) What browser and version are you using? -
