Cannot change profile or see purchases

  My entire profile is blank including my payment information. When I try to fill it in what I had there pops up and I click it but it just stays blank in the box.
  I am not able to update my site and keep getting a message saying to try later. This has been going on for over a month.
  I would really like to be able to access my blog that I have paid for.
  Can someone help me?
