Cannot change secondary/tertiary colours

    Hi, I’m trying to change secondary/tertiary colours on my site. I’ve managed the background and headings but there isn’t an option to change the colour of each individual page (ie it’s white right now, with black text, background for each page is dark blue). Can you tell me how to do this? I’ve been thru all the options on customise but can’t figure it out.
