cannot change site title text color

  All of the resources on your website say that I should be able to change the color of the font displaying my Site Title in the header. Under the “Site Title” option in the Customize menu, I do not have an option to change the color. Please help!

  Hi there,

  You can change it when you edit CSS. Please go to Appearance → Customize → CSS and add the following;

  .site-title a {
  	color: CSS_COLOR_VALUE;
  }

  Where it says, CSS_COLOR_VALUE, choose the color you want from here:
